For many years, Amie puzzled over the twists and turns of her own life. Significant personal losses marked her childhood, and her career path was filled with positions in which she excelled, but always left her craving . . . something. Why did she still feel incomplete? Why was she not experiencing deep satisfaction with career and life?
With such questions in mind, Amie completed graduate studies and research in Organizational and Professional Communication Development. Over time, and after much contemplation and study, she came to an important realization. At each intersection of her life — usually just preceding a new job position or a new life step — something rather momentous was occurring: her authentic self was asking to manifest itself more completely in the world, imploring her to take a step closer to soul-satisfaction and more meaningful living. In other words, even in the middle of her heartbreak and confusion, there was electricity, magic, synergy.
Amie now coaches her clients through these very intersections in life — these places where we stop and question our direction, stop and desire true personal expression, stop and crave meaning from an often perplexing world.
Looking back, Amie knows that each intersection of her life eventually led her to her own true calling — executive coaching. Executive coaching has allowed her to share her own journey to a profoundly meaningful career and life. It has allowed her to provide her clients with concrete methods of being in the world — methods that naturally and systematically unearth authenticity, confidence, happiness, and meaning.
